Who we are

This small website is for the Awalt High School Class of 1973 of Mountain View, California.

Contact forms

We have two standard three-part contact forms. One collects email addresses from our alumni. The other allows a visitor to send a message to the people who organize reunions and other alumni functions.

We also have a system for alumni to RSVP to our next reunion.

Cookies

We use the minimal amount of cookies needed to make our small website function. We do not mine cookies for visitor information. We do collect the number of viewers who visit the website and what region of the world they are contacting from, but none of this contains information that identifies the visitor.

Who we share your data with

We DO NOT share your data and personal information.

How long we retain your data

If you give us your name and email address, we will retain it as long as the Awalt Class of 73 continues to host and promote class reunions, and other alumni events, or until you ask us to remove it.

What rights you have over your data

If you have provided us your name and email address, you can request us to remove it or you can use automated tools on MailChimp to remove it from any email message you receive.

Your contact information

We use your contact information to keep members of the Awalt High School Class of 73 informed about class reunions, homecomings, and other standard alumni events.

How we protect your data

We store basic information – name, email address, and meal choice for those people who have said they are attending our next reunion. We do not process credit cards on this site and no credit card information submitted to PayPal or Stripe or another processor is recorded or retained on this site.

We also use MailChimp, an internationally known bulk email company, to store and send emails.
